    What do I call service call? Troubleshooting Miscellaneous devices: malfunctioning receptacle or switch, a flickering light, sparking panel, a bath fan swap.

  • If other than Tesla chargers, I suggest installing chargers by Wallbox for fast, reliable, and direct-wire applications. NEMA 14-50 receptacles are not suggested but are legal.

  • I install mini split systems of any size and I will find a solution to any budget.

  • Electrical panel older than 30 years should be replaced.

    Most electrical panel or service changes come down to two reasons:

    1. Capacity issues — your panel's amperage is too low for your NEW needs (car charger or HVAC). Too few amps means a service upgrade; not enough breaker slots means changing the panel or adding a subpanel .

    2. Insurance refusal due to Unsafe panel brands — Federal Pacific and Zinsco panels have lost their UL listing due to a known fire risk: breakers fail to trip when needed roughly 80% of the time. If you have either brand, replacement is strongly recommended. Most insurance companies refuse to insure or deny claims if they find these panels.
